教育经历：
1991年9月～1995年7月，北京化工大学，本科，高分子化工专业。
1995年9月～1998年7月，北京化工大学，硕士，材料学专业。
2002年9月～2005年6月，北京化工大学，博士，高分子化学与物理专业。

工作经历：
1998年8月～今，北京化工大学。
1998/08---2000/06, 助教。
2000/07---2005/09, 讲师。
2005/01---今，副教授。
2013/09-- -2014/07, 名古屋工业大学陶瓷研究所，博士后。
2000年开始主讲高分子化学课程和指导高分子化学教学实验。曾获校优秀青年主讲教师。2012年被评为博士生导师。承担和完成国家自然科学基金项目和企业项目十余项。科研工作主要从事活性自由基聚合、聚合物分子和粒子设计合成、乳液聚合研究。发表论文60余篇，SCI收录论文30余篇。
